Current legislation specifies that the protection afforded to critical infrastructure must be holistic, i.e., it must address comprehensive protection for critical infrastructure (taking measures against threats to general and logical security), and, in order to manage this protection adequately, all stakeholders (public and private sector) must participate through the development of an organizational system based on collaboration and cooperation.
