The CNPIC participated in the Meridian Conference (Meridian Process), which focuses on designing strategies for protecting critical information infrastructure, as well as in the second edition of the CyberQ conference, organized by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which took place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) between November 25 and 27, 2025.

The Meridian Conference 2025 was held on November 25, chaired by H.E. Dr. Mohammed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cybersecurity for the UAE Government, and hosted by the UAE Cybersecurity Council.

During the opening ceremony, Lokesh Garg, representative of India's National Centre for Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (NCIIPC), which belongs to the National Technical Research Organization (NTRO), officially handed over the leadership role, following India's successful hosting of the previous edition. This handover reinforces the UAE's growing role in global cyber governance and the development of trusted digital systems.

The Meridian Conference brought together members of international committees, global cybersecurity leaders, and national security institutions to promote cooperation, strengthen digital resilience, and align on common priorities for critical infrastructure protection. The depth of collaboration demonstrated reflects the strategic importance of international cooperation in the face of increasingly complex cyber threats.

Under the theme “Security in the Quantum Era,” the conference was held in conjunction with the CyberQ Group initiative, reinforcing the event's strategic focus on the challenges and opportunities posed by the coming technological era, addressing the impact of emerging technologies such as quantum computing and artificial intelligence on cybersecurity.
